Please Note:

Orders placed after 12 pm CST on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday due to our shipping warehouse being closed Saturday/Sunday.

Ruby Flair does not offer international shipping currently. We will only ship to the Domestic U.S. If an order is placed with an address outside of the U.S., we will cancel the order.

During high peak seasons, shipping may take longer due to high order volume.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:  

Ruby Flair is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. All of our shipments include tracking with confirmation of delivery. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your address, but you have not received your order, please contact your local post office or USPS Claims Support. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered.

 Any packages returned to us as non-deliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense.

We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report.

 

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:

It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that the shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.

Ruby Flair gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or unaltered merchandise within 30 days from the date your order shipped. Start your return here.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds to original form of payment.

Store Credit: Store credit is eligible on non-final sale items when postmarked within 30 days of being delivered. Store credit will be issued in the form of a Ruby Flair E-Gift Card sent to your order's email address.

Defective Items

We ask that you inspect your order as soon as you get it to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. If any of your items arrive in damaged or defective condition you must contact Customer Care within 48 hours of delivery for a return. If we are not notified within 48 hours of your receipt of the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.   • We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
  • Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.

PLEASE INCLUDE the return form thoroughly complete along with your original invoice.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Shoe boxes must be encased in another box for shipping to protect the items. If you send shoes back with stickers and return labels directly on the box, or if the shoe box is damaged, we will not accept a return. 
  • Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to a Ruby Flair E-Gift Card sent to your order's email address.
  • Please allow up to two weeks for your return to process.
  • Original shipping cost will not be included in the credit.
  • If an item has stains, unusual odor, perfume, deodorant, hair, or any other signs of wear it will not be accepted as a return, and you will be responsible for the reshipping fee.


WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE A RETURN IF THE ITEMS DO NOT MEET THE CRITERIA ABOVE.
